Dataro automated reports for Retention (RG Churn), RG Upgrade, RG Reactivation and Convert to RG campaigns rely on the data in NXT being stored in a particular way.
Specifically, we are expecting:

Each campaign type should have its own appeal code, with no more than 1 year of TM activity associated with a particular appeal (I.e. RG Churn 2020)

Each round or month of calling should be stored in its own package (I.e. RG Churn 2020 May)

Every constituent who is sent out for calling should be assigned to the appeal and package on the day they are selected. This will allow us to retrieve the relevant score for that constituent at that time.

Call responses should be stored in the response field. We currently accept the below values for this field. If you are using different values, then please let us know:

Call File Exclusion , Confirmed, Deceased , Do Not Call , Negative, No to Ask , Not Available , Not Called , One-Off Donation , Positive , Removed - Inactive Phone , Response , Sent , Under 18, Yes to Ask , With Supplier, Wrong Number.
