How does it work? We use machine learning to predict donor behaviour based on your historical data.
These predictions take the form of propensity 'scores' and 'ranks', telling you how likely each donor is to take a particular action (i.e. score) and how likely they are compared to everyone else in your database (i.e. a rank). This allows you to move beyond understanding how donors behaved in the past and start making decisions based on how they are likely to behave in the future.
We integrate directly with your CRM to extract data, conduct our modelling, and load scores and ranks directly back into your system for you to use. You can also build lists and automatically analyse campaign results with out Campaign Builder and Results Analyser tools.
