No. We take privacy seriously and have built our system around compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you’re using an integration we automatically ingest the data that we need from your system and then push scores back directly into your CRM – we do not take any identifying data such as name, address or email as part of this process, unless it is strictly required. If we do take such information, any personally identifying details are immediately de-identified.
For charities upload their data to our interface we encourage the use of anonymised, tokenised data where possible and only ever ask for the absolute minimum of personal information, which is stored securely and encrypted on servers based in Australia.
