Adding Donor Communication Preferences for Raiser's Edge NXT

You can now add your donor communication preferences from Raiser's Edge NXT into the Dataro Platform to use in audience building.

In Dataro you can import data from Constituent Codes, contact preferences, and attributes for Raiser's Edge NXT. These fields can then be used in the Audience building tools to create more targeted campaign audiences. 

• Go to the Connections & Data -> Connections page
• Select the Blackbaud NXT tile to see your Data Extracts
• Select the Communication Preferences, Constituent Attributes, or Constituent Code drop downs to reveal the data currently being extracted to Dataro
  
  
• Use the 'Add Field' search bar to select new fields from the CRM you wish to add (e.g. Board Member, Staff Member, etc). 
  
• Select the 'Use in Audience Builder' check box to ensure the field is available in the audience building tool.
