Automating donor journeys with Dataro

Using Dataro’s donor ranks and scores to create automated donor journeys.

Integrated data is key to building effective automations and journeys across the platforms that your organization uses to manage and communicate with donors. 


Most users with an active CRM integration are able to access Dataro’s ranks and scores on the donor records within their CRM, as well as from the Dataro platform. The specifics of automating donor outreach depend on your organization’s unique data infrastructure and the integration between your CRM and email marketing platform. If you are able to transfer custom fields between your CRM and email marketing platform, you will be able to push Dataro’s propensity scores and ranks into that system as well. Follow the guidelines provided by your CRM and email marketing providers for setting up this integration.


Once Dataro’s scores and ranks are accessible inside your email marketing platform, you can use them to set up automatic triggers for donor journeys, such as:
