An overview of the data in your CRM
Data Inspector is available within Data Hub and is designed to help you understand the data that sits within your CRM which Dataro is looking at. Here you will see highlights from your data along with some high-level properties and statistics.
Data Inspector is a good place to start and potentially audit your data to identify any potential issues or improvements to be made within your database.
Key points of data within Data Inspector include:
- Revenue - number of transactions, unique givers, % single gifts or recurring gifts
- Contacts - total number of records, % who are active / lapsed / recurring
- Commitments - information on recurring gifts
- Campaign Members - information on the campaigns that have gone out
- Campaigns - summary of campaigns by type over the last 12 months
