Data Transformation + Preparation Once your data is connected to Dataro, we need to map it to Dataro’s Fundraising Reference Schema and prepare it for the modeling process. |

For most implementations, this will be the fundraising team’s biggest contribution to help generate the best predictions. The goal is for us to gain a nuanced understanding of the ‘category’ and ‘channel’ for all of your historic campaigns. Dataro uses AI to automatically categorize every campaign in your system using the information in your CRM. You will log into the Dataro platform to review our work and ensure campaigns are tagged correctly. |

Whilst the technical onboarding is happening, we need to start planning how you will use Dataro in your fundraising. In this session, we work with your fundraising teams to understand your objectives, to map your campaign calendar, and to determine where Dataro will add the most value. This step allows you to get started quickly after go-live. |

Modeling This is the fun bit! In this stage, Dataro completes our modeling and analytical work, generating your predictive ranks & scores and populating your reports in the Dataro Platform. Where you have a CRM integration, we also push your predictions into the newly-created custom fields in your CRM that will house the ranks & scores. |

The process of Data Mapping ensures that Dataro has interpreted certain field-level CRM data correctly. In this step, your CSM will help you to review the mapping & update it directly in the Dataro Platform. |

Troubleshooting We connect with your team & sense-check the data that we’re seeing, like the number of campaigns & transactions that have flowed through, the output of our models, etc, to ensure that everything is working correctly before go-live. |

Your predictions are now ready to be used and your reports are live! Our Go-Live Training session typically lasts about an hour and we encourage all team members who will be using Dataro to attend and actively participate. |

Team Training + Activation Congratulations, you're up and running! The 2 months following our Go-Live Training is called the Activation stage. During this period, we will closely collaborate with your teams to embed Dataro in your programs & workflows and to launch your first campaigns. |
