Dataro's propensity models can be used to build targeted audiences and review donor profiles directly in the Dataro platform, but most CRM integrations will also display Dataro's donor ranks, scores, and recommendations directly in your CRM.
When your CRM is connected via API, Dataro's ranks and scores are added to each contact record as custom fields, allowing you to use them in queries and lists through your standard process.
In order to publish our ranks and scores in your CRM, the integrated CRM license must have the following permissions:
- Permission to connect to API.
- Read permission for meta data.
(at minimum: Contact, Account, Opportunity, Opportunity Payment, Recurring Donation, Campaign, Campaign Member.) - Write permission for custom fields on the Contact object.
- Write and delete permission on the Contact object for the Dataro custom fields.
Read our models overview to see which Dataro models are available through CRM integrations, and which are only accessible in the Dataro platform.
