How often does Dataro sync with my CRM and update my donor predictions?
Dataro relies on an integration with your CRM to model your donor data and support targeted audience building. To find out exactly when changes were most recently made, and the update cadence for those changes, select Settings on the left hand navigation panel and scroll down to the Scheduled Processes dropdown. 
Typical frequency (this may vary depending on your CRM):
- Every 24 hours: Dataro pulls data from your CRM to maintain up-to-date donor communication and donation histories.
- Every 7 days: Dataro's models re-analyze your donor data, updates donor ranks, scores, and predictions in Dataro, then pushes them to your CRM.
- Every 30 days: Dataro updates our foundational models to ensure the long-term quality of our generated predictions.
Time of Day: Dataro’s propensity updates are typically run after hours or on weekends and you can see specific time stamps next to each process. However, you may also request a manual update on a specific day - just Log a Ticket through our form and our support team will be happy to assist you.
