How often does Dataro sync with my CRM and update my donor predictions?
Dataro relies on an integration with your CRM or primary data source (e.g. warehouse). To review our scheduled processes, select Settings on the left hand navigation panel and scroll down to the Scheduled Processes dropdown. 
Typical frequency (this may vary depending on your CRM / connection type):
- Every 24 hours: For systems using an API connection like Raiser's Edge NXT and Salesforce NPSP, Dataro pulls data from your CRM to maintain up-to-date donor communication and donation histories. This is usually a 'delta' (i.e. anything that has changed since the last extract, rather than a full extract of the data).
- Note: This may be weekly or monthly for other connection tyoes, or on an ad hoc basis if you're a data upload client.
- Every 7 days: Dataro updates donor ranks, scores, and predictions in Dataro, then pushes the relevant predictions to your CRM.
- Every 30 days: Dataro pull a complete set of data, to capture anything that has changed.
Time of Day: Dataro’s propensity updates are typically run after hours or on weekends and you can see specific time stamps next to each process. However, you may also request a manual update on a specific day - just Log a Ticket through our form and our support team will be happy to assist you.
