How should I store campaign data from rolling RG telemarketing programs?
- Create a separate campaign in your CRM for each batch of calling (January Upgrade calling campaign, February Upgrade calling campaign, March etc.)
- Batch donors up in quarterly calling intervals if monthly programs are not feasible
- Always record the call outcome, at minimum Dataro will require the information below. However, your calling agency may have other outcomes that should be included.
- Completed call - upgrade confirmed
- Completed call - no upgrade
- Left Message
- Didn’t answer
- No Answer?
- For donors who didn’t pick up the call, you should include in the next batch
