How should I store campaign data from rolling RG telemarketing programs?

  • Create a separate campaign in your CRM for each batch of calling (January Upgrade calling campaign, February Upgrade calling campaign, March etc.)
  • Batch donors up in quarterly calling intervals if monthly programs are not feasible
  • Always record the call outcome, at minimum Dataro will require the information below. However, your calling agency may have other outcomes that should be included. 
    • Completed call - upgrade confirmed
    • Completed call - no upgrade
    • Left Message
    • Didn’t answer 
    • No Answer?
  • For donors who didn’t pick up the call, you should include in the next batch
