Use Dataro campaign size suggestion to identify the RG Churn Rank cut-off. You will find them in your Dataro account under Campaign Size Suggestions
- Create a separate campaign in your CRM for each batch of calling (E.g. January churn calling campaign, February churn calling campaign, March etc.)
- Batch donors up in quarterly calling intervals if monthly programs are not feasible
- Give these people a ‘no ask’ thank you call
- You can use ‘Contact View’ within Dataro to include specific information about the donor and their giving history to the calling agency
- Always record the call outcome, at minimum we will require the below. However, your calling agency may have other outcomes that should be included.

- No Answer?
- For donors who didn’t pick up the call, you could follow up with a thank you SMS or email, or include in the next month’s batch, and make sure you record this and all forms of communication in their donor record.
