How to use Prospect AI in Major Giving/Planned Giving/Mid-level giving

ProspectAI is an ideal way to find “diamonds in the rough”. Here's how to do it.

  1. Put together a list of your top prospects for mid, major or planned giving.
    1. If you are a Dataro platform customer, you can generate a list of top prospects via GiW Confirmer rank, Major giving rank, or Mid-level giving rank, and push that audience directly to ProspectAI via the Audience Summary page (Take Action -> Push to ProspectAI)
    2. Alternatively, you can export a list from your CRM (e.g., by finding the 100 most recent donors who gave a mid-level gift) as a csv, and use ProspectAI’s bulk upload function. 
  2. Upload this list to ProspectAI. Once the search is completed, use the filters on the Past Results page to find individuals with highest capacity or affinity.
