If my organization leaves Dataro, will Dataro fields be deleted from my CRM?

Yes. Though it's so hard to say goodbye, in the unlikely event that your organization moves on from Dataro, at the conclusion of your subscription period we will attempt to remove the custom fields that were created to store Dataro's predictions ("Dataro DM Score," "Dataro RG Upgrade Rank," etc.). Data will also be removed from your Dataro Platform, which will revert to demonstration data only.

Note: data will only be removed from your CRM automatically if Dataro is connected to your CRM via an API connection and has read and write access to these objects in your system. If the connection was not made during initial setup and the fields were created manually by your team, or if Dataro is not able to automatically remove fields, they will need to be manually removed by your CRM Admin or Database manager.
