Is data deleted from my CRM at the end of my subscription?
The process will differ slightly depending upon your connections. However, for most systems:- Dataro will not remove the constituent attribute categories (i.e. the fields themselves) that have been created on the Contact record.
- If we still have a connection to your CRM directly via API (e.g. for NXT and Salesforce NPSP), we will delete the Dataro data from the constituent attributes. This means that the ranks and scores will no longer be available.
- If we do NOT have a direct connection (e.g. if you have already disconnected Dataro or we're using SFTP), then we cannot access your system directly so of course the scores will remain in the system, but will no longer be updated. This means they will go stale quickly and we highly recommend you delete them in this scenario.
