We recommend that you review your fundraising calendar - or use our template - and consider the following questions as a team in advance:
- What are your key upcoming fundraising activities?
- What are your key objectives for the year?
- What are key fundraising dates for the year?
- Are there any specific financial targets for the campaigns?
- What does success with Dataro look like for you?
Who should attend the planning meeting?
We encourage your whole fundraising team to attend, or at least representatives from each key team (e.g. annual fund, regular giving, philanthropy, etc). This ensures that all relevant team members are aligned and no-one misses out on leveraging Dataro’s new insights and tools. Follow up sessions can be booked.
