You are ready to start using Dataro! Our team will support you in the transition to smarter fundraising through a hands-on training and activation period.
The Go-Live Training meeting
Once you are ready to get started, we will conduct a Go-Live training session. The goal of this session is to get your team comfortable with using the Dataro platform and to determine concrete actions that you can take to begin implementing Dataro in your fundraising.
Our Go-Live Training typically takes about an hour and we encourage all team members who will be using Dataro in any capacity to attend. In the first half of the session, we will run through your Dataro Platform account and identify the key tools for your organization’s needs.
After that we’ll start planning your first campaigns and use cases, to help you seamlessly integrate Dataro as part of the process. We typically will then book subsequent meetings to complete planning of upcoming campaigns and activity with each fundraising team.
Activation and Ongoing Support
In the 2-month period following your Go-Live training, our team will work closely with you to help embed Dataro into your programs and workflows, and get your first campaigns up and running.
Each organization that Dataro works with has a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is your main contact during and after the Activation period.
