I contacted a donor through multiple channels (e.g. mail & email) - where should I allocate the revenue?

It’s up to you based on your internal rules. Most nonprofits will allocate revenue to the channel in which it was given. You can create sub-campaigns for your different channels, per our recommendations for structuring your campaign data, so you can see overall income to the campaign. If you haven't done this, we suggest allocating it to the more expensive channel (i.e. mail).
