There aren’t enough donors with good RG upgrade scores, should I still run the campaign?
Sometimes you may have already reached all of the donors that are likely to upgrade, especially if you’re running a monthly calling program. If this is the case:
- Use Dataro ranks to select a cohort of the next-best prospects who you haven’t already called and run the campaign to them. Measure the conversion rates from the campaign to how many upgrades are received. Assess if the ROI justifies continuing the calls.
- If the ROI is too low, consider switching to a more affordable channel like email or SMS, or potentially pausing your campaign for a couple of months.
