High Capacity, High Likelihood to Give

Prioritize personalized outreach, cultivation, and stewardship. These are your best prospects for transformational gifts.
Low Capacity, High Likelihood to Give
Reading and willing, but with smaller budgets.
Consider for mid-level or recurring giving, or nurture over time for future major or planned giving.
High Capacity, Low Likelihood to Give
Potential, but currently disengaged.
Use light-touch cultivation to build connection (event invites, impact updates). Keep warm, but don't over-invest until their likelihood improves.
Low Capacity, Low Likelihood to Give

How to prioritize your list
- Complete your wealth screening.
- Upload a list of the relevant contact IDs into Dataro as a new saved audience. (How to upload a Saved Audience from an external platform.)

- Sort the list by major donor rank (lowest to highest) to identify the donors most likely to give. (Remember, rank #1 is the most likely!)
