What filters / exclusions should I apply to my Dataro campaign?

For each campaign that you build with Dataro's propensity scores, who should you include/exclude by default?

Every organisation has their own custom rules, but we often suggest these filters to setup base queries inside your CRM / make recommendations about campaigns:

RG Churn (Retention) Campaign

  • No TM specific exclusions
  • Must have a phone number
  • Must have at least 3 or more RG transactions total
  • Must be an “Active” Regular Giver 
  • Must have given at least 1 RG gift in the past 3 months
  • Must not have received another call in the past 3 months 

RG Upgrade Campaign

  • No TM specific exclusions
  • Must have a phone number
  • Must be an “Active” Regular Giver (by client or our definition)
  • Must not have a Churn score higher than .5
  • Must not have received another call in the past 3 months
  • Does not have a Dataro RG churn score of greater than 0.5

RG Reactivation Campaign

  • No TM specific exclusions
  • Must have a phone number
  • Must have made at least 3 RG gifts in their lifetime
  • Last RG payment must be more than 90 days ago
  • Must not have received another call in the past 3 months

DM Appeal Campaign

  • No DM specific exclusions
  • Must have a valid address
