Only individuals, not organisations are eligible for a Dataro Predict score or rank if they have a giving history. For first-time donors to your organisation, it can take up to 30 days for a score or rank to be assigned.
Where there is less than 1 in 10,000 likelihood of a donor taking the action or if the donor is ranked greater than 200,000 we do not provide a score or rank. This is because it's so unlikely that the donor will take action that we would not recommend engaging them for the campaign.
For the Dataro Predict Regular Giving module, a donor who has an active regular gift will not receive a reactivation score. Donors who do not have an active regular gift will not receive a churn or upgrade score.
