Why does Dataro's count of RGs not match what's in my system?

The difference in the count of regular givers is usually due to a different way of measuring who is a regular giver. 

Dataro looks at transactions to determine whether a donor is a regular giver. For upgrade and reactivation campaigns, your telemarketing agency may be reporting confirmations on the phone but there will be a lag and some drop-off when we look at the transactions following the call.
