What happens to Dataro ranks and scores when I merge a duplicate record in my CRM?

When you merge duplicate records in your CRM, the associated data (e.g. communication and transaction history) is moved from the merged record to the "master" record. This means the next time Dataro pulls your CRM data, the "master" record will be updated with the merged data and will receive updated ranks and scores the next time Dataro predictions are pushed to your CRM (usually every 7 days).

The merged record will still appear in Dataro until a complete update is run (usually every 30 days).
